Amethyst Stalactite Slice - Choose Your Slice

Each purple amethyst stalactite slice shows its own ring pattern and markings. You choose the exact numbered slice from the photos and receive that one.

Slices are roughly 1 by 1 inch, 0.25 inch thick and 5 to 10 grams. Wire wrap one, set it in a pendant or ring, or add it to a collection.

Store slices flat to protect the edges, and keep them out of long, strong sunlight to protect the purple.

About Amethyst Stalactites

Amethyst stalactites form inside geodes in volcanic basalt and are well known from mines near Artigas, Uruguay. Slicing one shows banding of chalcedony and amethyst around the core.
