Live Sale Host

Are you passionate about crystals and minerals? Do you have a lively personality and love connecting with others? We're looking for an engaging Live Sale Host to lead our weekly live sales and be the face of our brand!

What You’ll Do:

• Host 1-2 live sales per week, each lasting 2-4 hours, where you'll showcase and sell our beautiful crystal collections
• Select, price, and prepare crystals for each live sale, ensuring an exciting variety
• Engage with our audience, share knowledge, and create a fun, informative experience during the sale
• Create 1-2 engaging Instagram videos weekly to promote upcoming live sales
• Manage customer communication, including invoicing, answering inquiries, and ensuring orders are processed smoothly
• Handle DMs across social media and assist with customer questions in a timely and friendly manner
• Generate shipping labels once sales are complete and payments are received

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident, camera-ready personality who can connect with an audience and make sales exciting
• Experience with iPhone and video capture to showcase products clearly and professionally during live events
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Shopify, and PayPal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage live sale orders, customer requests, and inventory
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to keep customers happy and informed

Compensation:

• $20/hour + Commission on all sales made during live events
