UOOAK-S1-154-EMERALD
Small plates deserve small details, and a stone handled cocktail fork is an easy one to add.
The fork is steel, made by Tramontina, with a handle of raw polished emerald or sodalite. Emerald brings green tones; sodalite brings deep blue with white veining. Use it for olives, shrimp or cheese on an appetizer board, or set it beside a dessert plate. Pair it with a bottle of wine as a hostess gift and it feels far more personal than a plain tool.
Emerald is green beryl colored by chromium or vanadium, and nearly all natural emerald contains visible inclusions. Sodalite is a royal blue mineral commonly veined with white, and many specimens fluoresce orange under ultraviolet light.
