The golden threads are inside the crystal, not drawn on its surface. Needle-like rutile inclusions give these small Rutilated Quartz points their detail, with some pieces showing a denser pattern than others.

The polished surface gives you a window into the inclusions, making this a rewarding little specimen to examine or build a wire wrap around. A denser arrangement of rutile and a clearer window offer different looks, so every piece brings its own detail to a collection.
