Streaked with white, deep blue sodalite is cut into a slim, double terminated pencil point and drilled for stringing.
Hang it from a fine chain or cord as a crystal point necklace, add it to a beaded design, or buy 5, 10 or 20 for jewelry making and gifts. A few together make a pretty layered set.
Each point is about 56 to 65 millimeters long and 11 millimeters wide, with a hole of about 1 millimeter, so fine wire or thread works best. Veining varies from bead to bead.
Sodalite is a royal blue mineral, commonly veined with white. It has a hardness of about 5.5 to 6, and many specimens glow orange under ultraviolet light.
Stone Meaning: Sodalite is traditionally associated with logic and clear communication.
