Seer stones are natural quartz pebbles tumbled smooth by the Ema River in Brazil, leaving a clear window you can look into. Each one measures about 33 to 39 millimeters by 24 to 32 millimeters.
Hold it during meditation, gaze into the window, keep it on a nightstand or altar, or add it to a collection of unusual quartz. Its smooth, egg-like shape fits nicely in the palm. Smoky and rose quartz seer stones are also available in the shop.
Because each stone was shaped by the river, size, shape and clarity vary; the quarter photo shows the scale. Quartz is hard and durable.
Clear quartz is silicon dioxide with a Mohs hardness of 7. It is highly resistant to weathering and takes a brilliant, glassy polish. Its colored varieties include amethyst, citrine, rose quartz and smoky quartz.
Stone Meaning: Seer stones are traditionally used for meditation and reflection.
