Large Amethyst with Jasper Crystal Slab on Stand - 26 x 17 In

Few slabs give you this much amethyst, with jasper alongside the purple crystal for contrast. It runs 26 inches long.

It combines purple amethyst crystals with jasper, an opaque, fine grained form of silica, and the surface is semi polished, so smooth faces sit beside natural crystal. Set on a metal stand, the slab displays upright from the start. Picture it on a console behind a sofa, at the end of a hallway, in a yoga studio or on a wide sideboard in a dining room. It also suits a housewarming or a new office. Size is the main reason to choose it: 26 inches of crystal and jasper is hard to overlook in any room. You get this exact slab.

The slab is about 26 by 17 by 8.5 inches.

About Amethyst and Jasper

Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz, colored by trace iron exposed to natural radiation, and it is the modern birthstone for February. Jasper is an opaque, fine grained variety of silica whose red and brown tones come from iron. In Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and neighboring Artigas, Uruguay, amethyst forms in large geodes within volcanic rock.

Stone Meaning: Amethyst is traditionally associated with calm and balance.
