Clear Quartz Tower with Chlorite and Iron Inclusions - One of a Kind, 4 In

This clear quartz tower has a little landscape inside it, with green chlorite and rusty iron tones caught in the stone.

The green sits inside the stone rather than on its surface, so it never rubs off with handling. Here the green is joined by warmer iron tones, which gives the tower more depth than a plain clear point. It is short and broad, so it stands steadily on a desk, a windowsill or beside a monitor, and the polished faces carry light into the inclusions. A good choice for someone who likes quartz with character, or as a gift for a gardener or anyone drawn to earthy greens.

About Chlorite Quartz

Chlorite is a group of usually green sheet silicate minerals that often turns up as inclusions in other minerals. When chlorite coats a quartz crystal and quartz keeps growing over it, it can leave a green phantom or cloud inside. Quartz is silicon dioxide, about 7 on the Mohs scale, and takes a glassy polish.

Stone Meaning: Chlorite quartz is traditionally associated with renewal and growth.
