Lodalite Garden Quartz Polished Point - One of a Kind, 2.5 Inch

Need a small piece of garden quartz for a desk or a display box? This lodalite point is clear quartz polished to a high shine.

Lodalite, also spelled lodolite, is quartz with mineral inclusions inside, and the polish lets you look into the stone and see them; the photos show what is inside this particular point. At about 2.5 inches tall, it is easy to hold, slips into a small display or shadow box and sits comfortably on a desk or nightstand. Because it is quartz, it is hard and durable for everyday handling. It makes a thoughtful small gift for a collector who enjoys looking closely at stones, or for someone just starting out. This is the exact point shown.

The point is about 2.5 by 1.5 by 1 inches. Look at the ruler photo for scale.

About Lodolite

Lodolite, also spelled lodalite and called garden quartz or scenic quartz, is clear quartz with mineral inclusions that resemble landscapes or gardens. Green tones come from chlorite, while red, brown and yellow come from hematite and goethite. The principal source is Minas Gerais, Brazil, and as quartz it is hard and durable.
