Cosmic Flow by Nikki Strange - Moon Phase Creative Journal Book

You set intentions at the new moon, check in as it grows full, and reflect as it wanes; Cosmic Flow gives you a place to write it all down.

Nikki Strange built this interactive journal around the rhythm of the lunar month, with creative, mindful prompts for each phase and room to note your thoughts and feelings as the cycle moves on. It works for someone who already tracks the moon and wants more structure, and for a beginner who likes the idea but needs a starting point. The colorful illustrations make it a book you will want to leave out on the desk. It is a lovely gift with a nice pen, a candle or a moon calendar.
