A round slab of natural selenite is etched with a moth in the center and a border of letters and words for pendulum work.

Use it as a pendulum board, or set crystals and jewelry on it as a display plate. Choose about 7 to 8 centimeters (3 inches), 10 centimeters (4 inches) or 14 centimeters (5.5 inches) across.

Selenite is very soft and should be kept dry, so keep the plate dry and dust it with a soft cloth. Each slab varies in texture and thickness.

About Selenite

Selenite is a crystalline variety of gypsum, a hydrous calcium sulfate. It is very soft, scratches easily and should be kept dry. Much of the silky white material sold as selenite is satin spar, the fibrous variety of gypsum.
