Included Quartz Sphere - Lodolite, Rutilated, Smoky or Clear, by Weight

If you love looking into a stone rather than at it, these included quartz spheres are full of tiny scenes, from garden like lodolite to golden rutile needles and soft smoky tones.

Each one is a little surprise. You may receive lodolite with its landscape inclusions, rutilated quartz with fine needles, smoky quartz or clear quartz with veils and inclusions, and every type looks different as you turn it in the light. That makes them fun for collectors and a thoughtful gift for someone who already owns a plain clear sphere. Set one on a desk where light reaches it, or hold it to a window to explore the inside.

Weights run from under 30 grams up to 100 to 200 grams. The variety is chosen for you, and shapes can run slightly compact or slightly elongated.

About Included Quartz

Lodolite, also called garden or scenic quartz, is clear quartz with mineral inclusions that look like landscapes; green comes from chlorite and red or brown from iron minerals. Rutilated quartz holds needle like rutile, and smoky quartz gets its brown color from natural radiation acting on trace aluminum.

Stone Meaning: Quartz is traditionally associated with clarity and focus.

Add a Sphere Stand

A stand keeps a sphere from rolling and lifts it into view, so it looks finished on a shelf, desk or altar. Pick one from our crystal sphere stands and holders, with carved wood, brass, metal and clear acrylic styles. Since size goes up with weight, match the stand to the sphere you choose.
