Some geodes simply grow into an ideal shape. These two amethyst portals formed naturally as moon crescents, and they have been cut flat on the base, back and front so they stand upright and show off the purple crystals inside.
At around 16 inches tall, either one becomes a striking centerpiece for a living room, an office or a meditation space, and the crescent shape makes it a natural fit for moon lovers. A piece like this is a gift for a big moment: a new home, a business opening or a milestone birthday. Each is one of a kind, and you choose the exact portal from the photos.
Each lettered option is pictured on its own, so the piece you see is the piece you receive. Portal A is about 15.75 inches tall, 8.5 inches wide and 4.25 inches thick, weighing about 12.44 kilograms (27 pounds). Portal B is about 16.5 inches tall, 7.825 inches wide and 4.125 inches thick, weighing about 14.55 kilograms (32 pounds).
