Gemstone Spear Pendant Necklace - Sterling Silver Chain - 10 Stone Options

A small faceted gemstone, shaped like an arrowhead or spear, hangs from a silver electroplated cap on an 18 inch sterling silver chain. The pendant measures about 0.75 by 0.5 by 0.25 inches, and the facets reflect light from many angles.
