Natural Amethyst Crystal Geode from Brazil - One of a Kind, 11.5 In

A geode crowded with purple crystal from rim to rim still gets a reaction from almost everyone who sees it.

This one was hand picked in Brazil, and the inside is full of amethyst clusters. The photos include the druzy in close up, the back of the geode, a side view for thickness and a hand and a ruler for scale. At about 11.5 inches across and 6.25 inches tall, it has the weight and depth to sit on a hearth, a low shelf or a meditation corner and look settled there. For a milestone birthday or a move into a new home, it is a gift that will stay on display for years. This exact geode is the one you will receive.

It is about 11.5 by 9.5 inches across and about 6.25 inches tall.

About Amethyst Geodes

A geode is a hollow rock lined with crystals or mineral bands, formed as mineral rich groundwater slowly deposits material inside a cavity. Amethyst geodes are lined with purple quartz, colored by trace iron and natural radiation, and many commercial geodes come from Brazil and Uruguay.

Stone Meaning: Amethyst is traditionally associated with calm and balance.
