HE-CRY01-01
Rounded purple clusters spread across these grape agate specimens, a natural bubbly habit that gives the stone its name.
Display one in a cabinet or on a shelf out of direct sun, or give it to a collector who appreciates fine botryoidal formations. Each specimen has a different arrangement and depth of purple.
Each numbered option is pictured on its own, so the piece you see is the piece you receive. Specimens are about 3 to 5.75 inches long and weigh 165 to 505 grams, with sizes listed below.
Grape agate is botryoidal chalcedony, colored purple by trace iron, from the Batu Manakarra district of Sulawesi, Indonesia. Botryoidal comes from the Greek for a bunch of grapes. It is not true agate, since it lacks banding.
Stone Meaning: Grape agate is traditionally associated with calm and confidence.
