Each slice is about 2.75 to 3.75 inches across. The teal and black colors are dyed, and every slice has its own banding and small natural imperfections.

About Agate

Agate is a translucent form of microcrystalline quartz with layered bands. Because it is porous, it takes dye well, and most vividly colored agate in the trade is dyed.
