Translucent green fluorite lets light shine right through, giving each bowl a soft, glassy look. Each was shaped and polished by artisans in Mexico.
Use one as a trinket dish for rings and keys, a display bowl for tumbled stones, or a striking centerpiece on its own. It is an elegant gift for a collector, a new homeowner or anyone who loves green. Under a lamp or soft indirect light, the translucent green seems to glow.
Each numbered option is pictured on its own, so the piece you see is the piece you receive. Bowls are about 5.25 to 7.25 inches long, 3.9 to 4.9 inches wide and 1.5 to 1.75 inches deep.
Fluorite is calcium fluoride and defines hardness 4 on the Mohs scale. It comes in purple, green, yellow, blue and clear, and many specimens glow blue violet under ultraviolet light. Its softness makes carving a bowl a careful job.
Stone Meaning: Fluorite is traditionally associated with focus and clarity.
