Long blades of kyanite in light to deep blue spread across the matrix of each specimen, with flecks of mica adding a natural shimmer.
Display one on a shelf, mantel or mineral cabinet, or give it to a collector who loves raw, natural pieces. Comparing the numbered photos helps you choose between paler blades and richer blue ones.
Each numbered option is pictured on its own, so the piece you see is the piece you receive. Sizes are listed below by number.
Kyanite is an aluminum silicate that forms long bladed crystals, most often blue. Its hardness changes with direction, about 4.5 to 5 along the blade and 6.5 to 7 across it, and the blades can split along their cleavage.
Stone Meaning: Kyanite is traditionally associated with calm and alignment.
