Choose rainbow, mystic blue, teal, platinum, gold or angel aura, or collect a few for a colorful display. They make fun party favors, stocking stuffers, teacher gifts and treats for young rockhounds, and the description card tells a little more about the stone.

The geodes are small and vary in shape and size. Their color comes from a thin titanium or metal coating applied to the natural quartz.

About Aura Quartz

Aura or titanium finishes are made by bonding a very thin metal film to the crystal in a vacuum chamber. The film is only a micron or two thick, and light reflecting through it creates the iridescent color.
