Green, blue and purple hues mix in these polished fluorite pyramids, so no two look quite alike.
Set one on a desk, study table or bookshelf, add it to a sacred geometry collection, or give it to a student or someone who loves colorful stones. Light from a window brings out the clarity in the color bands.
Each pyramid is about 2.25 to 2.5 inches across the base. AA grade pieces are chosen for their coloring, though the mix of colors and the inclusions differ from pyramid to pyramid.
Fluorite is calcium fluoride and forms in more colors than almost any other mineral, often in bands within a single stone. Many specimens glow blue violet under ultraviolet light. It defines hardness 4 on the Mohs scale and has perfect cleavage in four directions.
Stone Meaning: Fluorite is traditionally associated with focus and clear thinking.
