Small polished round beads of banded chevron amethyst fill this strand, about 15.75 to 16.25 inches long.

Choose 5 to 5.5 millimeter beads, about 68 to 75 per strand, or 6 to 6.5 millimeter beads, about 65 to 72 per strand. Use them for bracelets, necklaces, malas and earrings.

Each strand varies in color and banding. Keep amethyst out of long, strong sunlight to protect the purple.
