NLB-SKULL-05
Soft lavender to deep purple phosphosiderite, carved by hand, gives these skulls their own color patterns and markings.
Display one on a bookshelf, desk or altar, or give it to a collector of carved skulls or unusual minerals. Front, side and back photos show each skull so you can compare color and detail.
Each numbered option is pictured on its own, so the piece you see is the piece you receive. Skulls are about 3.25 to 4 inches long and 2.375 to 2.75 inches tall, with sizes listed below.
Phosphosiderite is a hydrated iron phosphate, usually red, pink or purple and often veined with yellow cacoxenite. It is soft, with a hardness of 3.5 to 4 on the Mohs scale, and is found in Chile, Argentina, Germany, Portugal and the United States.
Symbolism: Skulls are traditionally associated with wisdom and remembrance.
