Part polished, part natural, these grape agate spheres keep their bubbly botryoidal texture while showing smooth lavender and deep purple faces.
Every number is a different piece, so look through the photos and choose the one you like best. The piece you select is the exact one we ship. The mix of textures makes each sphere a standout on a desk or display shelf and a memorable piece for collectors.
Spheres range from about 1.5 by 2.125 inches to 2.25 by 2.75 inches. See the size chart below for each number.
Grape agate is botryoidal chalcedony, meaning it forms in grape like clusters. It comes from the Batu Manakarra mining district of Sulawesi, Indonesia, in shades of purple, lavender and greenish blue.
Stone Meaning: Grape agate is traditionally associated with calm and confidence.
A stand keeps a sphere from rolling and lifts it into view, so it looks finished on a shelf, desk or altar. Pick one from our crystal sphere stands and holders, with carved wood, brass, metal and clear acrylic styles. Check the stand size against the sphere diameter for a secure fit.
