These polished garnierite hearts show light to dark greens mixed with white, and some catch silvery flashes as they turn in the light.
Keep one on a desk or nightstand, add it to a heart collection, or give it as a gift for someone who loves green stones. With fifteen hearts to choose from, you can pick a lighter, softer green or a deeper forest shade.
Each numbered option is pictured on its own, so the piece you see is the piece you receive. Hearts are about 2.25 to 3.5 inches across, and each size is listed below. Green moonstone is a trade name; garnierite is not a feldspar moonstone.
Garnierite is a general name for green nickel ores made of hydrous nickel magnesium silicates, rather than a single mineral species. Its color ranges from light yellow green to dark green, with darker material holding more nickel. The name comes from New Caledonia.
Stone Meaning: Garnierite is traditionally associated with luck and abundance.
