A small faceted gemstone, shaped like an arrowhead or spear, hangs from a silver electroplated cap on an 18 inch sterling silver chain. The pendant measures about 0.75 by 0.5 by 0.25 inches, and the facets reflect light from many angles.

Choose amazonite, black onyx, crystal quartz, dyed emerald, dyed ruby, labradorite, moonstone, ruby zoisite, rutilated quartz or smoky quartz. The dainty size suits everyday wear and layering, and a different stone for each friend makes an easy group gift.

The chain is fixed at 18 inches and does not adjust. The emerald and ruby options are dyed, and most black onyx is color treated, so keep the pendant away from water, heat and harsh cleaners. Remove it before swimming, showering or exercising to protect the plating, and store it separately in a soft pouch.

About the Stones

Labradorite and moonstone are feldspars known for their flashes and soft glow. Ruby zoisite is green zoisite with red ruby crystals, and rutilated quartz holds fine needles of rutile. True onyx is banded chalcedony, and most black onyx is color treated.
