Organic, irregular shapes and a smooth polish make these free form crystal beads perfect for statement jewelry. Each strand is about 15 to 16 inches long and holds roughly 9 to 11 beads of about 1 by 1.25 inches to 1.375 by 1.75 inches.

Choose crystal quartz, smoky quartz, ametrine, peach moonstone, blue lace agate, amazonite or heat treated citrine. Use them for chunky necklaces, macrame pieces, suncatchers or wire-wrapped pendants. Some beads may have small natural imperfections, which add to their organic character.

About the Stones

Crystal, smoky and citrine quartz, along with ametrine, a quartz with purple and golden zones, have a Mohs hardness of 7. Most citrine and much ametrine on the market are made by heating amethyst. Moonstone and amazonite are feldspars, and blue lace agate is banded pale blue chalcedony.
