Lepidolite Sphere - One of a Kind Purple Crystal Ball, 4.5 Inch

Lepidolite has a soft, satiny shimmer that sets it apart from other purple stones, and this large sphere shows it off beautifully.

Its purple tones and gentle sparkle bring a calm, cozy feel to a bedroom, a reading nook, a meditation corner or an office shelf. A sphere this size has real presence without overwhelming a space, so it works as a focal point on a coffee table or nightstand. It is a thoughtful gift for someone going through a big change, anyone who loves purple, or a collector who wants something softer than amethyst. This is the exact sphere shown.

The sphere is about 4.5 by 4.5 by 4.5 inches. The acrylic stand in the photos is for display only.

About Lepidolite

Lepidolite is a lithium bearing mica, the most abundant lithium mineral on Earth. Its lilac to pink purple color comes from trace manganese. Like other micas it is soft, about 2.5 to 3 on the Mohs scale, and its fine mica flakes give polished lepidolite a satiny shimmer.

Stone Meaning: Lepidolite is traditionally associated with calm and transition.

Add a Sphere Stand

A sphere this size deserves a sturdy base that keeps it steady and shows it off. Browse our crystal sphere stands and holders and choose a metal or brass style sized for its diameter, or a carved wood stand for a warmer look.
