Amethyst Cathedral Desktop Geode - One of a Kind, 7.25 Inch

An amethyst cathedral sized for a desk gives you the drama of a big geode without taking over the room. This one is lined with sparkling purple crystals inside its natural shell.

It fits on a desk, a bookshelf or a nightstand, where the crystals catch lamplight and seem to glow from inside. Smaller cathedrals are easier to place and move than the giant floor pieces, while still giving you that open cave of crystal to look into. It is a meaningful gift for a February birthday, a new office or someone who wants a statement crystal in a smaller space. This is the exact cathedral shown.

The cathedral is about 7.25 by 4.75 by 4.25 inches.

About Amethyst

Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz. Its color comes from trace iron exposed to natural radiation, and it is the modern birthstone for February. Brazil, Uruguay, Bolivia and Zambia are among the largest producers.

Stone Meaning: Amethyst is traditionally associated with calm and balance.
