Cut flowers last a week; a crystal rose carved from stone stays on the shelf for years.

Each open rose is hand carved one at a time, so the petals and outline vary slightly from piece to piece, and the back is smooth. Choose your stone: fluorite for mixed purple and green tones, black obsidian for a glossy dark rose, or rose quartz for soft pink. They are small enough for a gift box, a desk or a dresser tray. Give one for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or an anniversary, or collect all three.

About the Stone Choices

Fluorite is calcium fluoride, known for purple, green and yellow color and for defining 4 on the Mohs scale. Black obsidian is natural volcanic glass formed when lava cools too fast to crystallize. Rose quartz is the pink variety of quartz, usually found as massive translucent rock.

Stone Meaning: Rose quartz, fluorite and black obsidian are traditionally associated with love, focus and grounding.
