Extra Large Raw Smoky Quartz Cluster - One of a Kind, 18 In

Hundreds of small smoky quartz points cover this extra large raw cluster, and at roughly a foot and a half tall it fills a space the way a sculpture does.

The crystals are left natural and raw, just as they grew, so each angle shows a different arrangement of points. Set it on a sideboard, a low plinth or the corner of a living room where it can be seen from more than one side; the depth of the cluster gives it a full, three dimensional silhouette rather than a single flat face. A piece this size suits a serious quartz collector, a designer staging a lobby or home office, or anyone marking a big milestone with one centerpiece.

About Smoky Quartz

Smoky quartz is a hard stone, and its brown to gray tone forms when natural radiation activates color centers around aluminum impurities. Brazil supplies most commercial smoky quartz, and Madagascar is another source.

Stone Meaning: Smoky quartz is traditionally associated with grounding and calm.

Good to Know

• A lamp placed low and to one side picks out the individual points far better than overhead light.
• Dust gathers between small points; a soft makeup brush or compressed air cleans them without handling the crystals.
