Polished Lodolite Garden Quartz on Metal Stand - 6.5 In

This polished lodolite comes on a metal stand, lifted up so the scenes inside the quartz are easy to see.

Polishing opens a clear window into the crystal, so the mineral gardens inside are not hidden behind rough faces. Turn the stand toward a lamp and the inclusions light up from within. The metal stand gives it a clean, modern look that suits an office, a glass shelf or a bedside table. You will see the name spelled both lodolite and lodalite. It is a confident gift for someone who likes to sit with a stone and study it.

About Lodolite

Lodolite is clear quartz holding mineral inclusions that can look like tiny landscapes or gardens, and it is also called shaman's stone. Green comes from chlorite, while red, brown and yellow come from hematite and goethite. Most lodolite comes from Minas Gerais, Brazil, and like all quartz it rates 7 on the Mohs scale.

Stone Meaning: Lodolite is traditionally associated with reflection and inner exploration.
