This cluster pairs peach stilbite with apophyllite and zeolite in a long, low formation.

Its shape is the selling point here. Rather than rising up, the crystals spread along a piece more than seven and a half inches long, so it suits a mantel, a window ledge or the front of a low shelf where you look down onto it. Stilbite is the peach mineral, a zeolite that tends to grow in bundles of thin crystals, while apophyllite adds clearer, glassy crystals. At about 1.165 kilograms it has some heft. The in hand photo next to the monstera leaves helps with scale, and the back view shows the reverse. It is a good choice for a collector who already has a tall cluster and wants something with a different outline. You get this exact cluster.

Measurements are about 7.625 by 4.125 by 2.75 inches tall, with a weight of about 1.165 kilograms.

About Stilbite

Stilbite belongs to the zeolites, a group of more than 40 hydrated aluminum silicate minerals that form in open cavities in basalt. It ranges from white to salmon, pink and orange, often in sheaf shaped bundles of thin crystals, and its hardness is about 3.5 to 4 on the Mohs scale. India's Deccan Traps basalts produce salmon stilbite together with green apophyllite.

Stone Meaning: Stilbite is traditionally associated with relaxation and spiritual growth.
