Large Grape Agate Cluster - Pick Your Exact Piece, Collector, 5-7 In

Grape agate earns its name with round purple spheres packed tightly together, and these large specimens are true display pieces.

Some carry touches of green celadonite or white magnesian calcite, which adds contrast to the purple. At 5 to 7 inches, any of them anchors a cabinet, a bookshelf or a mantel. A specimen this size is a significant gift for a collector or a beautiful centerpiece for your own home. You choose the exact cluster from the photos.

Each numbered option is pictured on its own, so the piece you see is the piece you receive. Cluster 1 is about 7 by 5 by 3 inches, cluster 2 about 5 by 4 by 3 inches, cluster 3 about 7 by 6 by 3 inches and cluster 4 about 5 by 4 by 1.5 inches.

About Grape Agate

Grape agate is botryoidal, or grape like, chalcedony, more precisely amethystine botryoidal chalcedony. It comes from the Manakarra area of Sulawesi, Indonesia, and is a relatively new find. Despite the name it is not true agate, because it lacks banding. Some pieces carry green celadonite or white magnesian calcite.

Stone Meaning: Grape agate is traditionally associated with calm and spiritual growth.
