Polished Fossil Sand Dollar Trio - As Is, Set of 3, 1.25 In

If a few minimal chips do not bother you, this trio of polished fossil sand dollars is an easy pick.

All three pieces are intact and share a flat base, so they stand without help on a shelf or in a display case. They are sold as is, with minimal chips that are not very noticeable, and the photos show the set together so you know what to expect. Use them in resin or jewelry work, glue them to a frame or a seaside wreath, or keep them together in a small dish. They suit anyone who enjoys fossils and the sea.

About Sand Dollars

Sand dollars are flat, burrowing sea urchins. Their skeleton, called a test, is built from calcium carbonate plates in a fivefold pattern, and the petal design on top is formed by rows of pores the animal used for gas exchange.
