Flower agate is a trade name for translucent chalcedony with plume like, flower shaped inclusions. It was discovered in Madagascar around 2018, and it is usually pink, peach or cream with darker blossoms. Like all chalcedony it is a microcrystalline quartz and takes a smooth polish.
