Chevron Amethyst Sphere - Pick Your Exact Piece, 3.75 or 5 Inch

Chevron amethyst layers purple and white quartz in V shaped bands, and on a sphere those chevrons curve and repeat all the way around.

Sphere 1, about 3.75 inches, is a comfortable size for a desk, an altar or a bookshelf. Sphere 2, a substantial 5 inches, is a centerpiece for a coffee table or console. Both show the purple and white banding that makes chevron amethyst so recognizable, and both pair well with wood and brass stands. Either one makes a meaningful gift for a February birthday or a collector who already owns plain amethyst. You choose the exact sphere from the photos.

Each numbered option is pictured on its own, so the piece you see is the piece you receive.

About Chevron Amethyst

Chevron amethyst is a banded intergrowth of purple amethyst and white quartz that forms V shaped chevrons. It is also called dream amethyst, and it comes from India, Brazil and several African countries. Like all quartz it is hard and durable.

Stone Meaning: Amethyst is traditionally associated with calm and balance.
