The Seed of Life, seven overlapping circles, is paired with the seven chakra symbols on this round wooden board. It measures about 9 inches (25 centimeters) across and 3 millimeters thick, a light, easy size for a tabletop or altar.

Lay your own stones on the circles to build a chakra grid, hang it or prop it up as wall decor, or use it as a base for crafts. At this price it is an easy add-on gift for someone starting a crystal practice. The thin wood is best kept flat and dry to prevent warping.

About the Seed of Life

The Seed of Life is a pattern of seven overlapping circles, six arranged around a central seventh. Overlapping circle patterns like it appear in ancient art, including an Assyrian palace threshold from the 7th or 6th century BCE now in the Louvre.

Stone Meaning: In chakra traditions, the seven chakras run from the root at the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
