Large Selenite Log - 7 to 10 lb Selenite Charging Station

A big, glowing block of white selenite that makes an instant statement. Each log measures about 7.5 to 8 inches long and 4 by 4 inches wide, and weighs about 7 to 10 pounds.

Many people use a large selenite piece as a charging station, resting smaller crystals and jewelry on top. It also makes a striking natural sculpture on a mantel, console table or office shelf, and an impressive gift for crystal collectors. Selenite is very soft and dissolves in water, so keep it dry and dust it with a soft cloth.

About Selenite

Selenite is a crystalline variety of gypsum, a hydrous calcium sulfate. With a Mohs hardness of only 2, it scratches easily and should be kept dry. Much of the silky white material sold as selenite is satin spar, the fibrous variety of gypsum.

Stone Meaning: Selenite is traditionally associated with clarity and cleansing.
