Drilled Black Onyx Tower Point Pendant - Large

Glossy black onyx is cut and polished into this large tower with faceted sides and an apex at the top, then drilled so it can hang. It measures about 2 to 3 inches long and 1 by 1 inch, and weighs about 50 to 60 grams.

The hole lets you slide it onto a chain, cord or jump ring and wear it as a pendant, and the faceted apex also makes it a neat point for a crystal grid or collection. The solid black color pairs with any outfit or metal.

About Onyx

True onyx is banded chalcedony, a form of agate, with a Mohs hardness of 6.5 to 7. Most black onyx sold today is chalcedony that has been color treated to an even black.
